Rental items will be handed over on delivery to the hotel where you are staying, or when you visit the store in person.
Delivery areas: Hirafu/Annupuri areas, Konbu Hot Spring area (Kanronomori Hotel and Niseko Grand Hotel only).There is a delivery charge of JPY500 per person.
When staying in Niseko Village, Hanazono, and other areas not subject to deliveries, rental items will be handed over at New Chitose Airport or our Niseko store.
In store: please visit the store during business hours. It is not necessary to pay a delivery charge when visiting a store.

[Rusutsu store]
(8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.)

Rental items will be handed over when you visit the store. Please visit during business hours.
It is not possible to deliver to hotels or ski slopes.

[New Chitose Airport store]
(8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.)

Rental items will be handed over when you visit the pick up point. Please visit the store during business hours.
It is not possible to exchange boots, clothing, etc. for different sizes.
The rental period is from the date for pick up until the date for return, and customers will be charged even if the rental items are not used during that period.

[Delivery to Sapporo area]
(8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.)

Pick up and return of rental items can be undertaken on dates within the travel period.
We will deliver the product after 6 p.m. the day before the rental date.
If you wish to exchange boots or clothing for different sizes, please contact us before 8 p.m.
When using this service on the first or last days of travel, rental items must be handed over at New Chitose Airport or at one of our other stores.
It is not possible to return rental items to hotels after checkout.
Private residences and guest houses are not covered by this service.
When staying in neighboring areas or visiting the area for the day by bus, etc., it is not possible to deliver to hotels at which customers are not staying.
The final day for pick ups and returns is March 31. From April 1, this service will be provided at New Chitose Airport or one of our other stores.
