We offer rental ski and snowboard equipment application services during your tour on our website.
Apply using the following steps.

１	Input reservation number Enter rental date	Please read the description and Important Notes carefully, fill in your trip dates and proceed to the application form.
２	Application form Input customer information	Fill in the following necessary information in full detail. Proceed by inputting [Not determined] for areas which haven't been determined yet such as flights or hotel.
３	Application form Basic rental information	Fill in the following necessary information in full detail.
４	Confirm application contents	Your information is displayed on the confirmation screen. Confirm that the information is correct, click Payment Method and proceed to the next step if there are no mistakes.
５	Application complete	Your application will be sent to the Reservation Center. Make sure there are no mistakes in the representative name, e-mail address and contact information fields.
６	E-mail notification about completed reservation	After submitting the application, an e-mail will be sent with information of the reservation and rental procedures. The reservation is not complete until the e-mail notification about completed reservation is delivered. If you do not receive this e-mail, you will not be able to receive the rental gear.
７	Departure

*: There is a \500 charge per person for delivery costs in the Niseko Area (when receiving rental gear).
*: The delivery costs can be paid in cash on the same day.

□: Our staff will provide rental gear according to your size (height, shoes).

Left: Left foot in front (regular stance)
Right: Right foot in front (goofy stance)

(Hours: Everyday during the season　10：00～17：00)

Niseko	→	There is no advance delivery. Contact us on the day you will use the rental equipment and we will deliver it to your hotel.
Rusutsu	→	We cannot deliver rental equipment to your hotel or the ski area. Please come to the Rusutsu location during business hours to pick up your equipment.
New Chitose Airport	→	We ask you to apply for a size 0.5cm-1cm larger than your normal size and make adjustments such as wearing thick socks.
Sapporo delivery	→	Delivery is for those using rental equipment the following day from their arrival date. Delivery is made by 18:00 on the prior date. Contact us by 20:00 to change sizes. If you don't stay in the that hotel or use the hotel service, then you can not use the hotel address as your delivery address. Even the hotel is very near to you,or you will pass by there.
